And in that moment, I swear we were infinite // OOTD + Musings

Coat; Urban Outfitters* // Dress/Top; ASOS // Shoes; Primark

Hello. Hi there. Welcome. Remember me? Yeah I'm still here, wearing bright colours, mismatch clothes and fifty million layers, what's new? Nothing. Everything. Hmmm, some things... I've been trying to think about what reason I can give about not blogging for a while that sounds more exciting and thrilling than 'I've had loads of uni work' but I couldn't think of anything so that reason will have to do! Also it's the truth and what's better than the truth??

So yeah I've been busy with uni but I met up with Gavina a couple of weeks ago and asked her to take a couple of snaps of my outfit that I sort of just threw together, focusing on how many layers I could get a way with because it was cold. Although the weather has picked up recently which is really nice. Nice like walks through the park, feeding your inner child with eating ice cream and making flower crowns out of daisy's and daffodils. The lovely kind of nice where you have to take a moment to acknowledge and appreciate its existence. Like when you're hanging out with friends and all you know about is joy and happiness and laughter and you just want to pause. Right there. Right in that moment. So you can go back to it and relive the good times again. Don't you just love those moments though? When something lovely is happening and you're aware that it's happening so you make a note to remember EVERY DETAIL so that you can store it in your memory box for years to come. When you know that you are actively making a memory that you will treasure. I think it's something we all live for to be honest. It's something I talked about briefly in my latest YouTube video actually (which you can check out HERE) after I saw Jack Howard's video about people who are self aware (which you can also check out HERE) and I finally understand the true meaning behind the Perks of being a Wallflower quote - 'And in that moment, I swear we were infinite.'

What do you guys think about being aware of those moments?
